Submariner — Sea Life

The Shardjaw Bulwark Squid shields its soft body behind a wedge of layered mantle armor and bites with crystal-hard plates instead of a beak. It anchors itself to wreckage and lashes out when a submarine passes too close, trying to pin the vessel long enough for pressure and panic to do the rest. Its tentacles leave neat crescent gouges in anything it fails to keep.
