Submariner — Sea Life

The Tideclock Oarfish measures the sea in loops, crests, and tiny blue lights that brighten before pressure shifts. Its long body curves through routes no compass admits exist, making it a favorite omen of crews who have already lost the obvious path. When it circles twice, something is coming; when it circles three times, it has already arrived.
