Anyone watching a Submariner voyage can now leave a song comment or rating in chat with !sub listen / !sub rate, tagged as non-boarded crew -- board the sub to earn AP and XP from them too.

Fixed track reordering on album/EP pages sometimes not sticking after a refresh -- dragging a track to a new spot now saves immediately instead of needing a separate save click.

Adding a track to an album can now link to a song that already has audio uploaded elsewhere on the site -- handy for a live version of a song already released, without uploading the file twice.
