Show Notes:

• The schedule for the upcoming Staycation Community Event Payoff #2 was officially announced and covered. Each day event is listed on the Thursawday shows page (https://thursawday.com/shows/submit). It will start Monday July 6, 2026 and has five events scheduled, currently Monday-Friday but Todd said the Two-Fer Tuesday and Blackout (Wednesday) could be moved to Saturday or Sunday depending on if he needed a break in the week. Each of the shows has a song queue max of 100 and the goal is playing 500+ songs over 5+ days that week. The new events are Two-Fer Tuesday which is two songs played by the same artist and Blackout which are songs played without the host or audience knowing who it is by -- and then trying to guess the artist from the songs.
• A discussion broke out, along with a poll on whether or not The Beatles were an overrated band (chat poll was "no").
• Todd discussed part of being creative is how the lyrics are formatted for songs. This is a style opportunity.
• A record stream audience thanks to a massive raid from Australia from EnterYourInitials, an amazing and one of our personal favorite. The highest point was 87 viewers with an average of 50 over the 8.5+ hours!
• There was a request to extend the lyrics challenge date for Not a Real Band. That has been extended from 6/15 to 7/15/2026 at 11:59pm PST
